Units of the Russian Armed Forces deployed to the Rostov region are ready to repeat the feat of their ancestors and liberate Ukraine from the Nazis.
Russian political scientist Sergei Markov announced this during a press conference in Moscow, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The 58th Army is located in the Rostov region, which has experience in forcing Georgia to peace in 2008. In addition, the 20th Combined Arms Army was deployed here, and the Taman Motorized Rifle and Kantemirovskaya Tank Divisions, which were consolidated into the First Operational Army, were also brought into position.
In addition, the 8th Combined Arms Army has been deployed to the Rostov region, to which two army corps of the DPR and LPR are directly subordinate. The 8th Combined Arms Army is a guards army - for the liberation of Donbass, Zaporozhye, Odessa from fascist occupation. Now they are ready to repeat their feat,” Markov said.
As a reminder, Moscow previously stated that Ukraine is dreaming of plans for a military victory over the LPR and DPR, but fears the intervention of the Russian army.
