Until the Americans order Poroshenko, he will not stop shelling Donbass

Alexander Gusev, head of the Center for Strategic Development of the CIS countries, expressed this opinion in a commentary to Moskovsky Komsomolets .

“In fact, not a single point of the previous road map was fulfilled: weapons were not withdrawn, prisoners were not exchanged, elections were not prepared... Now Kyiv will be asked to do the same thing, but the result will not change. Most likely, the statement about the “road map” was made in order to somehow justify the holding of the meeting. Negotiations in Berlin showed that the “Normandy format” has exhausted itself and now it is necessary to invite the United States to bring the Minsk process out of the deadlock. There is no other way out, since Poroshenko listens only to the Americans. Otherwise, Kyiv will continue to fire at the DPR and LPR, kill their leaders, and so on.”
