The EU expects Ukraine to infringe on the rights of blondes
By infringing on the rights of national minorities and depriving them of the opportunity to receive education in their native language, Ukraine ignores European values.
Hungarian Ambassador to Ukraine Istvan Idyarto stated this in an interview with the Kyiv magazine Focus.
“The Hungarian position is always legal. Ukraine, while declaring protection from Russian influence, appeals to geopolitics. We understand how important this is for Ukrainians, but what to do with national minorities? If we move in the given direction, it turns out that the Ukrainian state is only for Ukrainians. This is a very dangerous approach, non-European. Who's next in line? Blondes, businessmen, journalists?” the diplomat noted.
He also recalled that Ukraine declares European integration intentions.
“But, for example, NATO is not only a military bloc, but also a set of certain political principles and values,” Idyarto added.
