Deputy of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine Vladimir Saenko stated this in a commentary to the Kyiv magazine “Correspondent”.

“People have already received their first payments, and I see strong protest sentiments. 20 thousand people from the regions have already agreed to come to the parliamentary picket, which we will hold this month. Several thousand Kiev residents will definitely join them. And by the readiness with which people talk about going to the capital, about participating in a protest, I see that indignation is growing every day. It is much stronger than two years ago, when the dollar jumped. Trade union organizations do not have the goal of gathering the Maidan, but it is a fact that the people are ripe for street protests,” says Sayenko.
