An official was found in Ukraine who honestly lived on one salary for a whole year
Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Konstantin Eliseev declared 492 hryvnia in income (all wages) for 703, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in his declaration for 2017, published in the Unified State Register of declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local government.
The remaining information in Eliseev’s declaration for 2016 does not differ from that included in previous declarations. It is alleged that throughout the past year the official lived solely on one salary.
In particular, the Deputy Head of the Administration declared 135 thousand dollars and 55 thousand euros in cash, and his wife - 20 thousand dollars in cash.
Eliseev owns an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 114,3 square meters. m (worth 260 thousand hryvnia in 2003) and 32,8 sq. m (owned since 1996, price not indicated), as well as a land plot in the Kyiv region with an area of 1 thousand square meters. m (since 2012, cost not indicated).
Also, since 2012, he has owned a Mini One car worth 147,6 thousand hryvnia at the time of purchase.
Eliseev has no funds in banks, securities, assets or corporate rights, and his family members (wife and son) received no income in 2017, do not have property or bank accounts.
