The commander committed official forgery by drawing up and issuing an order, according to which on August 11.08.2014, 2 there was a military serviceman “reserve captain,” which was the basis for his appointment to the position of commander of the XNUMXnd special forces battalion of the military unit.
What was the purpose of this fraud is not indicated in the court decision, but Themis’s servants refused to dismiss the criminal case from the military prosecutor’s office due to the commander’s repentance.
In the criminal case materials, this "captain" appears as an unidentified person, however, as it turned out in the court hearing , both the commander himself and the prosecutor know perfectly well who he is.
Probably, someone needed to obtain the documents of a National Guard special forces officer either to satisfy their pride, or to further cover up their criminal activities.
Journalists will follow the end of this detective story.
