The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission will open two new patrol bases in the Donbass as soon as safe conditions are ensured.

This was reported by the press service of the OSCE SMM.

“The OSCE SMM plans to open two new forward patrol bases in eastern Ukraine – one in the Donetsk region and the other in the Luhansk region. The location of forward patrol bases will be communicated as soon as all necessary conditions are achieved (in particular, security guarantees from the parties to the conflict and questions about logistical support from the SMM),” the press service noted.
