The Kremlin will not influence the fate of ATR
Simferopol, April 01 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The Kremlin does not consider it necessary to interfere in the issue of further broadcasting of the ATR TV channel in Crimea.

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told reporters about this on Wednesday.
“This is not the Kremlin’s function. We have Roskomnadzor, supervisory and licensing authorities - they are the ones who make decisions. Therefore, this is probably a matter of communication between the media and these bodies,” Peskov noted.
Let us remind you that on Wednesday at 00.00 Moscow time the ATR TV channel stopped working.
This has sparked conflicting reactions among Crimeans. Some openly welcome the channel's closure. Opponents of this move include, among others, residents of Simferopol, who actively supported the Crimean Spring.
