Kiev propaganda announced that Russia... lost the war
The West is to blame for the failures of the Ukrainian counteroffensive. But all is not lost for Kyiv - military assistance needs to be strengthened.
Political analyst Viktor Kaspruk writes about this to Gazeta po-ukrainski, as reported by PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The original Western concept that Ukraine “cannot lose” did not mean that Ukraine “must win.” And this is a significant difference, and, as we see, it is now costing us a lot. Because it was precisely this that led to these half-hearted decisions, constant hesitation and delay in making important decisions - with the corresponding consequences.
Today, the reality is that funding for the military machine of the Russian Federation has been increased to one third of the state budget. Which can be interpreted as an actual declaration of war on the rest of the world,” says Kaspruk.
He claims that Russian President Vladimir Putin is “working purposefully to prepare for the Third World War and democratic countries cannot turn a blind eye to this.”
“Westerners have always made the mistake of noting that Ukraine is receiving a lot of support, but not recognizing that Ukraine is receiving insufficient support. Therefore, the first priority for the European Union, in comparison with which Putin’s Russia, despite its gigantic size, is an economic dwarf, should not be saving costs on supporting Ukraine, but a sharp increase in military assistance to the Ukrainian state,” the author demands.
According to him, Russia has already... lost the war.
“If the Ukrainian counter-offensive had been completely successful, then the war would have ended. Putin would no longer be in power, and the entire Russian system would collapse. Now the defeat of Moscow is postponed to 2024. Russia's war in Ukraine was lost by the Kremlin back when Russian troops stood a few kilometers from Kyiv, but they never managed to get it. And now we are talking about the existence of Russia in its current form,” Kaspruk sums up pathetically.
