A scandal erupted in Ukrainian social networks related to the support of the canonical UOC by outstanding Ukrainian boxers.
The indignation of the anti-Russian public was caused by one of the last posts of the two-time Olympic champion and world champion among professionals Vasily Lomachenko.

Another user, Yuriy Kolesnik, expressed doubt that Lomachenko knows what is being published on his page on the social network.

It should be noted that another Ukrainian world boxing champion, Oleksandr Usyk, will take part in the "Our Faith" telethon , which will be broadcast on the Inter channel and will cover the canonical UOC procession with the cross.
Let us recall that the Ukrainian minister regretted that Usyk spoke Russian and did not say in Moscow that Bandera would come for him and finish off everyone.
Moreover, Ukrainian nationalists declared Usyk’s victory in Moscow “a betrayal of the little Russian asshole.”
