This is stated in the publication of the Kyiv edition of RBC-Ukraine.
“90% of Ukrainians refuse treatment because today it is expensive for them. We must change this system and make the necessary changes and reforms. Today we have an average life expectancy of Ukrainians of 71 years. This is absolute injustice,” the publication quotes Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman.
In addition, according to Groysman, if medical reform were carried out, the life expectancy of Ukrainians would be 78-80 years.
