Sevastopol, November 01 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) – The urban planning commission of Sevastopol allowed the construction of a 10-story building on Nikolai Muzyki Street, 25.

The site is located at the intersection with the Kotovsky descent. It is planned to erect a 10-story building here. It provides 137 apartments and underground parking. An area with infrastructure within walking distance, two kindergartens, a school, a clinic. The customer of the facility is the Sevastopol Capital Construction Department. It is planned that about 7% of the apartments will be allocated to the city.

The commission supported and granted the developer's request unanimously.
