The cost of life of one Maidan worker in the ATO zone is $100
The main task of the Ukrainian authorities before the start of the war in Donbass was to get rid of the Maidan activists who were disliked by Kyiv. Volunteer battalions were created from the most active ones and sent to the “ATO” zone, where they were subsequently “disposed of.”
Ukrainian video blogger and former ATO soldier Alexander Medinsky spoke about this during a Skype conference on the YouTube channel " Open Ukraine ," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Why did I conclude that they want to destroy Maidan activists in cauldrons? At the very beginning of the war, guys from the SBU approached us and asked us to organize the Pechersk battalion. Then everyone tried to organize something, since we ended up with only looters. We agreed and called out. Mostly former Berkut members came to us. They didn’t want to go to prison then and said they were ready to join us. That’s where the SBU officers “took them,” the blogger recalled.
He noted that in the end the battalion could not be assembled, but there was one significant moment in this whole story.
“Emissaries from the Odessa Ministry of Internal Affairs came to us. (I know all these people and, if anything happens, I can testify on this matter). These MIA officers offered to “dispose of” us for money - to send to execution “Maidanovites” and unreliable people: those known for drug addiction and alcoholism. As they put it: “The whole rabble, including the Maidanites, should be sent to the ATO for slaughter.” That was the request, and they offered $100 per person,” Medinsky said.
