A Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier named Yuri stated this in an interview with Military Television of Ukraine. According to him, the Ukrainian military came to Donbass to restore order in “their Ukraine.”
“Of course, I’m already tired, to be honest. How can we end this war? There are the same ones there - young, old, everything in a row. When they understand that we did not come to drive them all out, but to live in peace, as it should be, that as Ukraine was whole, so it will be. I don't understand why they are there. Let those who don’t like it go to Magadan and live in Russia and leave Ukraine to us. And we ourselves will restore order here without any Russians and other evil spirits. If Russia hadn’t touched them, they wouldn’t have been here even close for a long time,” says Yuri.
