Kyiv, February 09 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The Ukrainian people are interested in ending the war in Donbass, but the “possessed” government is doing the opposite.
The former head of the parliamentary defense committee, Georgy Kryuchkov, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

According to him, declaring martial law in Ukraine means giving Russia a free hand to use all methods of warfare.
“If war is declared on Russia, I don’t know how it will end if the barrier to its participation is removed from Russia. This could all end very sadly.
There is another option - leave everything as it is. And the third option is to leave the scorched earth there, let it rot, let people die - someone needs this.
I think that the people of Ukraine do not need this, and if the government wants to express the interests of the people, it must do everything to end the war. But whether she wants to do this, I don’t know. When I hear this possessed Yatsenyuk, I have the impression that the person is either inadequate, or he is deliberately doing everything to ruin the people of Ukraine,” Kryuchkov said.
