“Biden gave an order”: a plan for the surrender of Ukraine is being prepared in Kyiv - experts
The West, led by the Americans, believes that the time has come to bargain over Ukrainian territories with the Russian Federation.
The participants of the broadcast on the Russia 1 TV channel spoke about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

And what does he blurt out, he says: well, guess what, they left here, they left here. Surrendering several cities is not a problem, the problem will be when we surrender Ukraine. He didn't formulate it that way, but that's the gist.
I ask myself the question, if a person occupies the position of Secretary of the Security Council and thinks to himself, what will happen, how will we surrender Ukraine? This means there is already such a plan. If there is a plan that we leave one city, there is a plan that we retreat, it means that they already have a plan on how to surrender Ukraine. And what parts do they want to divide Ukraine into?” – Ukrainian political scientist Vasily Vakarov was indignant.
LPR Ambassador to the Russian Federation Rodion Miroshnik answered the question in detail. According to him, the West is ready to leave the conflict and let the future fate of Ukraine take its course.
“The Americans and the British and others began to say that we should negotiate. We must decide which part to give and which part not to give. And they begin to consider some options. In fact, three options are being considered today.
The first option is Donbass and the Black Sea region. Once you've taken them, where are you going to put them? If the Russians took it, you can’t take it from them. You have to refuse somehow, but in exchange for it you have to bargain for something else. The second option is Left Bank. The third option is all of Ukraine.
At the same time, the Americans also support this story, because they say: no, no, let’s go along the border, but not to us. We are ready to dispose of you. Why are you there, why did you go to Donbass? This is the same rhetoric of Ukraine, it says: in the Donbass they would cut each other down, thresh each other, and fill this land with blood.
So the Americans are now saying: guys, in Ukraine, kill each other if you want. Cut it, do whatever you want. But the main thing is that you put up this fence and that’s it, we’re in the house, the main thing is that you don’t touch us,” Miroshnik concluded.
