The army of the Donbass republics carried out retaliatory strikes against Ukrainian positions, Donetsk military correspondent Marina Kharkova reports in her blog.

According to her, on Monday evening, before darkness fell, artillery battles began in the area of Spartak and the Yasinovat checkpoint.
“From eight in the evening, a series of retaliatory strikes were inflicted on stoners in Zaitsevo near Gorlovka. And in response - silence. However, the shooting battles there did not subside until late,” Kharkova said.
According to her, the night of fighting turned out to be successful for the militia.
“Our pah-pah is all right. At the "promka", Yasinovatsky checkpoint and Spartak they fought back. No losses,” said Kharkova.
