Over the past week, Ukrainian military personnel violated the truce 40 times, firing more than 720 different types of ammunition into the front-line territories of the DPR.
This was stated by the head of the DPR representative office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime, Ruslan Yakubov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“From June 6 to June 12, the Ukrainian Armed Forces violated the silence regime 40 times and fired 722 ammunition, which amounted to 4,38 tons or 86 boxes,” the statement said.
As a result of the shelling, according to the JCCC, one person was injured in the Republic, and 20 injuries were recorded. The enemy used heavy mortars and tanks.
A total of 212 mines and nine tank shells were fired.
