Sevastopol authorities accuse Ukraine of destroying the city's industry
Sevastopol, June 13 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – Sevastopol notes the decline of city enterprises in the ship repair and instrument-making industries as a result of the past years as part of Ukraine.
This was stated by the acting deputy. Governor Vyacheslav Aksenov in Sevastopol during a conference on the adaptation of small and medium-sized businesses to the norms of Russian legislation.

“Over the past 20 years, the city’s economy has declined. Our powerful Sevastopol ship repair is not working, the “13th plant” is working, which carries out small orders for the repair of ferries for the Kerch ferry crossing. There is no ship repair that existed in Soviet times,” he said.
Aksenov listed the currently idle factories: “Era”, “Mayak”, “Parus”, where only small production facilities in the form of workshops have been preserved.
According to him, the Helicopter Plant, which was forced to switch to a three-day operating mode after losing Russian orders due to the activities of the Ukrainian government, avoided such a fate.
Among those that have ceased operations is the Musson instrument-making enterprise, in whose premises a shopping and entertainment center of the same name now operates.
Deputy The governor named one of the reasons for the “deplorable state of the city’s industry” as broken ties with Russia during the Ukrainian era.
