In Sevastopol pharmacies prices are raised many times higher than acceptable

According to her, 12 participants in the city’s pharmaceutical market were checked. In their activities, 17 violations of the law were identified in the sale of medicines for which state price regulation has been established.
“So, in a pharmacy owned by Aptekotovar LLC, the drug Acyclovir-Forte was sold at 160 rubles per unit, which is 4,5 times higher than the permissible price for this drug. The pharmacy of Tavrida-Pharm LLC overestimated the cost of the drug Liprimar by 135 rubles. At the pharmacy of Petrivan LLC, the price of the drug “De-nol” was inflated by 79 rubles and the price of “Torvacard” by 38 rubles.
The pharmacy chain Anapapharmacia LLC sold the drug Pancreatin at almost 50% higher than the permissible retail price.
Similar violations were identified in the pharmacies chain “AViK”, LLC “Smifarm Plus”, LLC “Ropeland”, LLC “Krymmedservis” and LLC “Magus Ltd”. It was established that the retail markup for the drugs “Atorvastatin”, “Metformin”, “Kvamatel”, “Ursodez”, “Diroton”, “Lazolvan”, “Omez”, “Glucophage”, “Ursofalk” was exceeded, the report says.
In addition, the prosecutor's office notes, at pharmacy No. 5 on the street. Novikova, pharmacy No. 24 on the street. May 1st, pharmacy No. 1 on the street. Nevskaya does not maintain the range of medicines included in the list of vital and essential drugs.
Based on the results of the prosecutor's audit, 11 decisions were made to initiate cases of administrative offenses under Art. 14.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the pricing procedure), and 7 proposals were made to eliminate the identified violations, which are under consideration.
