The law “on the de-occupation of Donbass” has stalled in the Rada - the vote has been postponed again
The Verkhovna Rada has again postponed the vote to approve the second reading of the bill "on the deoccupation of Donbas," which officially declares Russia an "aggressor." The vote will take place tomorrow during the morning session of parliament, Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy announced, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the head of the Popular Front faction, Maxim Burbak, the postponement is due to the fact that during today’s meeting amendments to the bill will be considered, and there is simply no time to proceed to voting: “Today they are considering the amendments, you see. Discussions are ongoing now."
However, the head of the Opposition Bloc faction, Yuriy Boyko, assured that the postponement is not so much due to the fact that the “party of war” does not have enough votes.
Allegedly, in order to recognize the Russian Federation as an “occupier,” there are not enough votes in parliament: “There are no people in the hall, there are no votes to pass the law on the part of the “war party,” so they will drag it out until the last minute. And we didn’t agree, and there are simply no people on Wednesday,” Boyko said.
