According to the expert, people rejoice when they hear that the police have detained another rowdy, but do not think about his future fate.
“Who of those sitting in the hall knows that not a single district department has that treasured cage that used to be called the “monkey cage”? – Sergei Shabovta addressed reporters. – Today this procedure does not exist. A brawler, a person in an insane state - there is no specially designed place to keep him. He is released. A certain procedure is expected, a certain lawyer on duty must arrive. But I can’t imagine this procedure at all in some remote area in the evening. In fact, they throw him out onto the street, and he is ready to move on and continue his crimes.”
