A criminal case against Poroshenko is being imitated in Kyiv
The current Ukrainian government is pretending to be prosecuting Petro Poroshenko, but an insignificant reason has been chosen for this, and therefore the ex-president has nothing to fear.
Former Ukrainian Justice Minister Elena Lukash stated this on the NASH TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Let us recall that in April, suspicion was brought against Deputy Foreign Minister Yegor Bozhk, but the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv and the Court of Appeal recognized it as unfounded, and the reference to causing material damage as unfounded. In the end, the prosecutor's office refused to impose any preventive measure on Bozhk.
Bozhk was accused of the fact that in 2018, he, as the chairman of the SVR of Ukraine, on the basis, in the opinion of the SBI and the office of the Prosecutor General, of the obviously illegal decree of the President of Ukraine No. 225/2018 dated July 31.07.2018, XNUMX “On the appointment of S. Semochko as the first deputy chairman of the Service Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine" ordered to consider this serviceman as one who has begun to perform his official duties.
On June 10, the State Bureau of Investigation, in agreement with the office of the Prosecutor General, handed Bozhk a second suspicion, which, as the suspect stated, “completely repeats the plot of the previous one and contains only cosmetic changes.”
“Now the SBI and the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine claim that I committed the above actions, being instigated by the former President of Ukraine P. Poroshenko through his, in the opinion of the SBI and the Office of the Prosecutor General, a deliberately illegal decree,” Bozhka says in his commentary.
“In order to deceive the voter and tell that some kind of “spring” is coming, to throw a bone to those naive and gullible people who still believe in the fulfillment of election promises by every representative of this government, this topic was conceived.
Imagine: there is a citizen Poroshenko, and against him there are several dozen criminal proceedings in different bodies - NABU, DBR, which relate to his activities related to treason, tax evasion, looting, Ukroboronprom, land, an attempt to seize power.
That is, serious and especially serious multiple crimes. And the authorities choose from this entire array of really serious crimes an absurdity called a “decree”. Let's talk about Poroshenko's decree. He is charged with the law and the signing of a decree which became the reason for inducing citizen Yegor Bozhko, who was at that time the head of the SVR, to appoint and allow citizen Semochko to work as first deputy.
Of course, Poroshenko’s decree was written in violation of the law; according to the laws, there could not have been two first deputies in the SVR at the same time; Semochko could not have been allowed to perform state secret duties and receive a salary because the procedure for appointing him was in violation.
Now let's see who Yegor Bozhok is - the first deputy minister of foreign affairs under Vladimir Zelensky, he is not some kind of official, he is not a pensioner and not a random person. Today, the main violator in this particular criminal case, which for some reason is called the Poroshenko criminal case, is a man named Bozhok, our Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
For those who are not in the know, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a ministry, it is a direct vertical of the president. But Poroshenko, in this criminal case, he has a very simple and easy form of complicity, he is just an instigator in Russian. The main offender, imagine, is working now. As far as I understand, if Poroshenko is a completely socially dangerous act, then how can his main violator, Bozhok, now work in the Foreign Ministry?” Lukash said.
A criminal case against Poroshenko is being staged in Kyiv.
