Donetsk, December 24 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – The leadership of the DPR announced a shortage of cash desks for issuing funds. For example, in Gorlovka, out of 17 necessary ones, only 4 cash desks are open.

This was stated by the head of the Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko at a meeting with the heads of local authorities, speaking about the need to optimize the process of issuing money to residents:
“You know that we have already started paying money to pensioners, and this process will already be permanent. We are looking for opportunities and plan to increase the size of pension payments every two months. However, there is a problem - confusion with the lists of recipients, and the lack of the required number of cash registers.
There are huge queues, and they are mostly elderly people. Therefore, I ask you, even order you, to discuss with the Ministry of Finance the required number of open, working places where people could easily receive money so that they do not have to stand for a long time.
This process is on your conscience, you should know how best to open it, and pay attention to the fact that there are points that will accept payments, and they do not issue money, but there are points that will only work when issued. We need to end the queues, it’s time to take more care of people,” Zakharchenko said.
