Ukraine is turning into a showroom for Western experimental novelties – expert
In Ukraine, various Western companies exhibit their new products for advertising and further sale.
Ukrainian economic expert Alexey Kushch stated this in an interview with journalist Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

In particular, according to the expert, this concerns plans of American companies install modular nuclear reactors on the territory of Ukraine.
“Modular nuclear reactors are a new direction in nuclear energy. Accordingly, we can become a kind of energy showroom, where you can simply build it and show how it works...
We can become such an energy showroom that people will come to us, see how it works, and order. Therefore, I do not yet see serious investment commitments for this project. This is still just at the level of promises and conversations. When we see a package of investments of at least $10 billion in the energy sector, then we can say that this has some kind of solid foundation. In the meantime, this is more information and marketing noise than investment realities,” said Kushch.
Previously, the company NNEGC Energoatom and the American NuScale Power signed a memorandum according to plans for the installation of such reactors.
