This was stated by the permanent representative of Ukraine to the UN Vladimir Elchenko.

According to Yelchenko, Ukraine has prepared draft documents on the peacekeeping mission. In particular, documents about the UN support office in the country, about the special representative of the UN Secretary General and about the mediation mission of the Secretary General.

“We hope that the next UN Secretary General will take us more seriously,” Yelchenko added.

Let us recall that the current UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, whose term of office is expiring, is seriously considered in Kyiv to be “Putin’s agent.”
