Security Council: The main group of pro-Russian rebels will leave Donbass by August 18
Kyiv, August 16 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The National Security and Defense Council states that the bulk of the pro-Russian rebels who are now opposing the ATO forces plan to leave the Donetsk region by August 18.

The corresponding statement was made by the speaker of the Information and Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council Andrey Lysenko.
He stated that, according to available information, “the separatists are preparing documents for Ukrainian citizens in order to leave the ATO zone under the guise of refugees.”
“Over the past three days, at a checkpoint near Debaltsevo... 13 men aged from 20 to 45 years old who were suspected of terrorist activities were detained. Among those detained is a field commander of the LPR, who is already testifying,” says the speaker of the National Security and Defense Council.
As Navigator reported, earlier in Kyiv they announced the blockade of Lugansk and Gorlovka. In turn, the DPR announced counterattacks were being prepared.
