Putin is right, there is a lot to learn from the Donetsk and Lugansk buildings – Montyan
Throughout the 8 years of conflict, the Ukrainian Armed Forces were trained by Western instructors, while the Russian Armed Forces had to learn to fight on the fly.
Kiev lawyer Tatyana Montyan, who is in Donetsk, stated this on the Belta TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The Russians, one might say, learn to fight as they go. It’s not for nothing that Putin said that the most sane, combat-ready units were the People’s Militia of the DPR and LPR. The Russians, naturally, are doing their best to catch up, gaining experience in military operations, which was acquired by the NM, that is, they are learning to fight on the fly.
While the Saloreich army was trained by Western instructors all this time. The skills were honed on the civilians of Donbass. And they show everything they can. Well, they continue to train them. Western partners are not shy about telling where and whom they teach,” she noted.
“When they say that ah-ah-ah, how many lieutenants were killed there, that there are no junior commanders, then I talked to the commander, the soldiers of the People’s Militia, they laugh. They say that in the saloreich they work according to the American scheme, that they have sergeants or equivalents in charge of all this. But we still need junior commanders. As I understand it, they are also rebuilding on the fly,” Montyan said.
