The court stopped the construction of the Dream Bay complex in Laspi

Sevastopol, November 12 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Sevastopol prosecutor’s office stopped the construction of the “Dream Bay” complex in Laspi, one of the most expensive hotels in the city.

According to her data, the Balaklava District Court of Sevastopol satisfied two claims of the district prosecutor against LLC Research and Production Company Rele for a ban on activities until the identified violations of urban planning legislation and fire safety are eliminated, as well as for forcing a state examination of design documentation for strength and reliability and durability of the capital construction project of the “Dream” health complex.

At the court hearing, it was established that the defendant was carrying out activities, the consequences of which pose a threat to the safety of citizens, as well as the occurrence of man-made emergencies.

The execution of court decisions is under the control of the Balaklava district prosecutor's office.

Let us recall that in July the Sevastopol prosecutor’s office became interested in violations in the “Dream Bay” complex.

The audit found that, in violation of Article 51 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the construction of the 2nd stage of the specified complex of NPF Rele LLC on a leased plot of 0,57 hectares was carried out according to a project that did not receive a positive conclusion from the examination of project documentation. In addition, this construction project was not put into operation due to gross violations of fire safety requirements.

Also, according to the prosecutor’s office, in order to obtain benefits, officials of NPF Rele LLC provided accommodation and accommodation services for citizens, and the sale of premises in a health complex that did not meet life and health safety requirements.

Based on the materials of the prosecutor's inspection, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code (performance of work or provision of services that does not meet the requirements for the safety of life or health of consumers).

According to the prosecutor's decision to initiate an administrative case under Part 5 of Article 9.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (operation of a capital construction facility without permission to put it into operation), the legal entity and the director of NPF Rele LLC were fined by the inspectorate for 11 thousand rubles.
