The program for the reunification of the people of Donbass will continue in 2018
In the new year, the Donetsk People's Republic intends to continue the humanitarian program for the reunification of the people of Donbass.
The head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, announced this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Yes, indeed, this program aroused keen interest; many people who needed help responded, but not as much as we would have liked. In the territory controlled by Kyiv, people are as intimidated as possible. And any appeal, communication or trip to our territory arouses the interest of the SBU and, in general, all law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. I think that if there had not been such strong pressure, there would have been completely different results. But people still turn to us. Solving any problem people have is a big victory for us, because it means saving someone’s life or helping them in a difficult situation.
The humanitarian program will continue in 2018. Depending on the tasks and problems that arise in that territory, the directions and structure of assistance provided will change,” the head of the DPR promised.
