Kyiv, December 24 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) - President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko believes that the state is experiencing a colossal personnel shortage, so it is forced to cover it through the so-called “critical import” - searching for people abroad.

“I’ll be honest, we now have a colossal shortage of professional, patriotic and qualified personnel. And I am sure that, unfortunately, we must cover this deficit through so-called critical imports, including from abroad,” he said during the opening meeting of the National Reform Council
“While this does not mean that we have ended the very effective and useful practice of appointing foreigners , I still promise you a few surprises,” he added.
According to him, now we need to start preparing our own personnel reserve, which will have “Western education, many languages, and experience, and will allow us to organize national personnel production.”
As PolitNavigator reported, political experts suspect that Western donors will raise the issue of establishing a colonial administration for Ukraine in the coming year . The appointment of foreign ministers to the Ukrainian government has prompted these statements.
