Russia does not have the right to remain a state uniting its constituent entities, since in this case it will not be able to become a democratic country safe for the world.
Ukrainian political expert Konstantin Matvienko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This is for a hundred years. Remember, Germany finished paying reparations for World War I, which ended in 1918, most recently in 2001. So, Russia, if it remains... I still think that it cannot remain an integral, connected country. Simply because then it will not be able to be a democratic country, and if Russia remains totalitarian, then the threat to the world from border Finland to Japan will continue,” the “expert” chattered.
“Therefore, we are talking about the fact that up to 20 entities will appear on the territory of the Russian Federation, and each of them will be imposed its own share of reparations and indemnities for the losses caused to Ukraine,” Matvienko dreams.
