A search is underway in the house of Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis Jelal near Simferopol
Simferopol, March 27 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – On Friday after 17.00 in the village of Pervomaisky, Simferopol district, a search began in the house of the first deputy chairman of the Mejlis, Nariman Dzhelal.

According to Zair Smedlyaev, head of the Central Election Commission of the Kurultai of Crimean Tatars, the search is being conducted by several employees of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee in Crimea in the presence of Dzhelal himself and his lawyer, Krym.Realii reports.
The basis for the search was a criminal case on the events of February 26, 2014 outside the walls of the Crimean parliament in Simferopol.
“Dzhelal is involved in this case as a witness,” Smedlyaev noted.
Currently, his relatives and friends are near Jelal’s house.
Let us remind you that on Friday at 11.00 Nariman Dzhelal was summoned for questioning on the “case of February 26” at the Investigative Committee in Simferopol.
