The OSCE discovered prohibited military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the front line
The Ukrainian military continues to violate the Minsk agreements by placing heavy weapons and mines in the Kyiv-controlled territories of Donbass.
Deputy Head of the OSCE SMM Alexander Hug spoke about this at a press conference, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"An SMM long-range UAV spotted five self-propelled howitzers, two of which you can see in this imagery near government-controlled Vyskriva (Luhansk region – ed. ). Or in this imagery – near government-controlled Travneve (Donetsk region – ed. ), an SMM long-range UAV spotted 25 anti-tank mines on a road. Those who laid these and thousands of other mines bear responsibility to the signatories of paragraph 6 of the Minsk Memorandum of 19 September 2014," Hug said.
