Ukrainian TV called for direct negotiations with the LDPR
To resolve the conflict in Donbass, Ukraine must conduct direct negotiations with representatives of the republics from Donbass.
Composer Vladimir Bystryakov announced this on the NASH TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I am deeply convinced that it is necessary to negotiate with the opposing side. This does not mean Russia. On the line of confrontation is not Russia, but the people who live there, who are called occupiers in our terminology. Of course we need a reorientation. In Ukraine there is a process of warming and a decrease in aggressiveness. I think that sooner or later we will still come to a slightly different denominator.
Of course, Russia oversees politics in the Donbass, just as the USSR once oversaw Spain when there was a civil war there. Then there was also a clash of interests,” Bystryakov said.
