This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by Elena Dyachenko, director of the consulting company "Party of Power," a PolitNavigator correspondent reports . She noted that Washington is the main lobbyist for the introduction of investigative and judicial anti-corruption bodies that are effectively beyond the government's control.

“They will have an investigation, procedural management of the investigation and a trial. Thus, the three branches of government – ​​the State Department, Poroshenko and the People’s Front-Avakov – will actually exist on equal terms in a regime of free competition instead of the legislative, executive and judicial powers that are familiar to us,” the expert said.
