On two chairs: The Sevastopolenergo company was re-registered in Kherson
Sevastopol, January 05 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Sevastopolenergo company has re-registered the address of its headquarters to Kherson. The corresponding decision was made by the shareholders, the company’s press service reports.
The meeting of shareholders took place in the Kyiv region.
It was also decided there that a Ukrainian enterprise with Kherson registration would open its own branch in Sevastopol, which would be registered in accordance with Russian rules.

Sevastopolenergo is controlled by the VS Energy group, a connection with which is attributed to Russian politician Alexander Babakov. VS Energy manages regional power companies in a number of regions of Ukraine, and also owns such hotels in the center of Kyiv as “Rus”, “Premier Palace”, etc.
