Liberals are alarmed: The magic of “Krymnash” is over, but Putin is still on horseback
In Russia, the euphoria about the return of Crimea has gone away - the majority of the population still supports its return, but is already occupied with completely different problems. At the same time, the rating of President Vladimir Putin, which soared after the return of the peninsula, has decreased today, but even such indicators are still the envy of many European politicians.
Russian liberal political scientist Dmitry Oreshkin stated this on the Ukraine 24 TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Russian inhabitants, if you ask them directly: “Are you for “Crimea is ours”?”, then they will answer: “Yes, for”, “we are happy, then Crimea is ours.”
But this topic itself, firstly, has already experienced a surge - at one time there were 88,86% of people who supported these actions of Putin, but now there are fewer of them. But so, a simple question: “Do you not repent of the annexation of Crimea?” - most likely, in most cases the answer will be: “No, we don’t want to return Crimea.”
But this same thing is no longer a source of joy; it's already forgotten, it's already been driven by ( that's the original from guest Kiselev, – ed. ). People are worried about other problems: unemployment, lack of money, inflation – things like that.
The small victorious war played its role, and Putin’s rating soared, but since 14 it has gradually gone down, down, down, although it is still quite high, just as we said about money.
Yes, it’s hard, yes, it’s expensive, but it doesn’t break your back, and Putin’s rating is still quite such that many European bosses could be envious,” Oreshkin said.
