This became known during a meeting between Advisor to the Chairman of the Regional State Administration Ruslan Panchishin and Chairman of the Kherson Group of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine Osmo Lipponen.
“We sincerely hope for help from the OSCE. It’s better to prevent a threat than to fight it,” said Panchishin, quoted by the press service of the Regional State Administration.
The chairman of the mission, in turn, noted that he would do everything necessary to convey the request of the regional authorities to the Kyiv representatives of the OSCE mission in Ukraine.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the Kherson regional state administration proposed selling water to Crimea at world prices.
