“Kyiv is the most traumatized city in Ukraine,” Minakov believes. – Each subsequent mayor is worse than the previous one. No one after Kosakovsky can speak. Crime has increased incredibly. The Kiev government is the face of our entire people. After all, no one “hung” the mayor of the capital from Moscow or Washington. Once again we choose a “specific” candidate.”
