A well-known Ukrainian diplomat admitted that Ukraine violated its international obligations
So far, Ukraine has not fulfilled a single point of the Minsk agreements, and therefore Germany, France or Russia have a completely adequate response to any demands or accusations from Kyiv.
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“After the Minsk agreements were signed in 2015, many say that there was a special situation then, it was necessary to improve the military situation in eastern Ukraine. But it spells out point by point what Ukraine should do. And none of these points have been fulfilled today.
And, of course, when we begin to blame Russia or demand and rather negatively address other participants in the Minsk agreements - Germany and France with the demand “Let’s do something,” the question arises: what did you do to ensure that “Minsk” was implemented ?,” noted the former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
As a reminder, earlier, during a press conference in Kyiv, Ukrainian political scientist and international affairs expert Volodymyr Volya stated that progress on implementing the Minsk agreements can be forgotten in the next five to ten years.
