Result of the year in power: Zelensky faces massive defeat throughout Ukraine
In the fall, when elections to local councils are planned in Ukraine, local non-parliamentary elites will win due to the unpopularity of the central government of Ukraine.
Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on air at Politeka Online, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The trends so far are the victory of local elites, massively, almost throughout the country. Local non-parliamentary elites will win everywhere, they gain from 30% to 70%, this is the regional level and the level of regional centers. According to my estimates, the rating of the (central) government is 15-17%, no more at the local level,” the political scientist said.
