The European Union is preparing to deal with holders of Russian passports in the Donbass according to lawlessness
The European Union may not recognize Russian passports issued in the LDPR. Russian political scientist Alexey Mukhin wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
“The European Union became (unexpectedly) worried that Russian citizens in Donbass would take part in voting in the State Duma elections. They say that they are ready to make efforts to non-recognize Russian passports issued there. Let me remind you that we are talking about a very dubious act from a legal point of view: sanctions for issuing passports - a common practice for many countries. The legal aspect (or rather, not the legal one) for our “Western partners” is apparently completely unimportant, and they continue to act not on the basis of international law, but on certain “rules”, the dominance of which they themselves have proclaimed,” Mukhin wrote.

He also predicts the adoption of new sanctions against the United Russia party, which recently signed an agreement with the Union of Donbass Volunteers, inviting members of this organization to participate in the primaries
“An additional annoying factor is that, apparently, the leadership of United Russia and Andrei Turchak are involved in the process of organizing the voting. The wrath of the EU sanctions will fall on them. This means the guys are doing everything right,” wrote Mukhin.
The day before, the American news agency Bloomberg published a document that was allegedly provided to EU member countries. It states that the issuance of Russian passports in Donbass indicates Moscow’s intentions to implement plans for its actual integration into Russia. To help Ukraine, the European Union proposes, in particular, to tighten the policy in the field of non-recognition of Russian passports issued in Donbass and Crimea.
Let us remind you that Crimeans have not been able to travel to the EU and the USA for seven years.
