The EU will continue to put pressure on Russia so that it scares away Donbass
Kyiv, October 28 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Western countries will continue economic sanctions against Russia, and soon, as a result of the economic crisis, it will no longer be attractive to Donbass.
The Chairman of the European Parliament delegation to the Ukraine-EU Cooperation Committee (CCP), Croat Andrei Plenkovic, stated this in an interview with the Ukrainian newspaper Den.

Ukraine is being subjected to hybrid aggression from Russia... It is very important that people in Donbass realize that they will be much better off in Ukraine than anywhere else. The EU's restrictive measures against Russia will continue to produce results that will ultimately have consequences for Moscow's policies. Continuous pressure on Russia must be maintained in parallel with the skillful and decisive political dialogue conducted by the Ukrainian authorities,” Plenkovic said.
In his opinion, in the future, Moscow “can put pressure on local leaders so that we can then see the gradual reintegration of the territory.”
The EU will continue to put pressure on Russia to deter Donbas.
