Ukrainian nationalists who took part in the pogrom of a Caucasian shop at the Lesnoy market in Kyiv yesterday complained that the capital police were too harsh in their arrest.
One of the pogromists, Kirill Yakovlev, posted the corresponding video on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Strangulation is not legal. On what basis are you doing this? The strangulation was recorded on camera. Guys, what are you doing? New police! And after that you wonder why they don’t like you so much? On what basis is the detention carried out and why was strangulation used? Is this MMA or what? In general, all the boys have model appearance, do fitness, and are very good. I don’t know what those guys did, but what you are doing now is lawlessness. Uniform,” - this is how Yakovlev commented on the filming of the moment when his “brothers” were detained by the police.
The video captured the moment when a police officer tried to subdue a particularly violent nationalist.
“Wait, where are you putting your fingers in his eyes? Everything is recorded on camera!” the operator immediately shouted.
In the description under the video, the blogger stated that all enemies of the Ukrainian nation must be punished:
