“On July 4,6, in the city of Kupyansk, an organized group carried out an armed attack on a cash-in-transit vehicle and stole XNUMX million hryvnia. Law enforcement officers quickly identified the identity of one of the attackers, who turned out to be a lieutenant colonel of the SBU Department in the Kharkov region,” the report says.

It is also noted that during searches at the lieutenant colonel’s temporary residence, almost fifty thousand US dollars, Makarov and Luger pistols with live ammunition were seized.

Recently, as PolitNavigator already reported, an attempt to rob collectors took place in the Zaporozhye region. In this case, militants from the Azov Ministry of Internal Affairs regiment took part in the attack on the car carrying cash.
