All decisions of the City Council have been canceled - instead of a deputy, a stranger from the street voted for them
The Kiev City Council canceled all decisions voted on October 27 due to an outside vote. Among the canceled decisions, including the issue of allocating 200 million UAH for Eurovision 2017.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City Council.
“This decision was made because the fact of illegal voting by an outsider was revealed. Accordingly, the issues voted on cannot be legitimate,” the message says.
In addition, other decisions were canceled: on the allocation of 7 million UAH. to the Podgortsy Village Council for road repairs, the creation of an Office for Decentralization and Development of Local Self-Government, the closure of the solid waste landfill in Podgortsy by 2018, scholarships for 100 children from the Kyiv City Council and the construction of a kindergarten in Osokorki.
