Since this morning, there is no signal from the Ukrainian mobile operator Vodafone in both the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.

“There is another failure on the Vodafone network. Since 9 a.m. there has been no operator communication in either the DPR or LPR. The damage is believed to be in Ukrainian-controlled territory. Details are being clarified,” DPR Communications Minister Viktor Yatsenko commented on the situation.
