US Congress Demands Russia to Be Kicked Out of Africa
The United States must stop the growth of Russian and Chinese influence on the African continent.
Republican Senator Michael McCaul stated this at a meeting of the US House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Meanwhile, Putin continues to profit from Africans to finance his invasion of Ukraine and military expansion. Putin has used mercenaries across the continent, which has led to instability in the region. In this global power struggle, a key element of our diplomatic efforts must be establishing and deepening partnerships with African countries, especially through the Development Finance Corporation," McCaul said.
Last year, the Development Finance Corporation (DFC) allocated more than $2 billion to African countries.
The US Congress has demanded that Russia be expelled from Africa.
