"There are no resources or will to liberate Kyiv yet" - Kots advises focusing on Donbass
Russia does not have the resources to liberate Kyiv in 2025, so the army should focus on Donbass and the enemy’s military-political elite.
Military correspondent Alexander Kots stated this on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I think we will not be able to destroy the enemy in 2025. To do this, we need to dismantle the current branch of power in Kyiv, to do this, we need to take Kyiv.
"We won't be able to take Kyiv next year; we simply don't have the resources. I think the goal should be to completely liberate Donbas and the Kursk region. But liberating Donbas is realistically feasible within 25 years," the war correspondent emphasized.
" Maybe something unexpected will happen, causing everything to fall apart. Let's say we reach Dnipropetrovsk, a collapse of control, a collapse of the front, Zelenskyy fleeing somewhere, targeted strikes against decision-makers, really targeted ones, not against Zelenskyy, otherwise someone smarter might come along."
This is something we are not doing yet, we are not attacking, but we are being attacked. Just this week, we prevented a terrorist attack against the head of one of the military design bureaus. And there have already been such assassination attempts. General Kirillov. The submarine commander was killed. How many more such assassination attempts are there that have not appeared in the information field.
"We don't do that kind of work. We've started working with young people who set fires for money, but we haven't yet reached out to the decision-makers," the war correspondent complained.
